Small       –  1″  / 2.5cm diameter

Med         –  2″ / 5cm diameter * 1/2 way to shoulder

Large       –  2.5″ / 6.3 cm diameter * 3/4 to shoulder

XL            –  3″  /  7.6 cm diameter * skims above shoulder

Very XL  –  3.5″ / 9 cm diameter * will touch shoulder

*all neck lenghts are different, please measure the cm from your piercing to determine the length on you.
